Pet Policy

Linea Cambridge is a pet-friendly community! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $75 per dog per month and $50 per cat per month. We do not have weight restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds and fish are allowed. Pet policy fees only apply to cats and dogs. Fish are excluded from the pet maximum. The prohibited breeds are Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman, Akita, Pitbull, Staffordshire terrier, Bullmastiff, German shepherd, Presa Canario, Wolf hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, and Malamute. Current vaccination and rabies records noting breed type are required prior to move-in.
